Frequently asked questions

Here are some common questions and answers.

We’ll adjust the strike schedule and target removal completion as early as possible inside the 48–72 hour window.

We use surface-appropriate adhesives and removal techniques. Standard adhesive cleanup is included; specialty restoration can be quoted.

Yes—rush services may be available based on crew capacity and venue rules. Ask your Dedicated Service Contact for a rush quote.

We deliver urgent/rush print orders within 24–48 hours of artwork approval, subject to material availability. If a substrate is back-ordered, we’ll offer the closest in-stock alternative or provide the soonest ETA.

“Artwork approval” happens when you sign off on the final proof and submit payment/PO. The production clock starts at that timestamp. Any changes after approval may reset the timeline.

Yes. Our crew arrives as scheduled and completes installation within the agreed timeframe on your work order. Post-event, we complete removal and recycling/disposal within 48–72 hours of event conclusion.

  1. Document it: Take clear photos/video (close-ups + wide shots) and note the location and time.
  2. Contact us immediately: Email/text your project manager with the images and any safety concerns (e.g., loose edges, tripping hazard).
  3. Safety first: If a piece is hanging or poses risk, cordon off the area if safe to do so.
  4. Response: We’ll triage the same business day and prioritize repair, reprint, or removal. If replacement is needed and materials are in stock, we target 24–48 hours from your approval for reprint/ reinstall. You may also wish to file a police report for insurance purposes.

If verified defective or below spec, we will replace within 24 hours of notification. Please send photos and the order number so we can approve the reprint immediately. (Carrier damage is covered—save packaging for claims.)

Yes. Minor issues (lifting edges, loose grommets) are typically serviced on the next available crew window—often same day or next business day during event weeks. Major damage may require a reprint (see rush timelines above).

For outdoor installs, we monitor conditions. High winds, heavy rain, or freezing temps can delay installs for safety/adhesion. We’ll reschedule to the earliest safe window and keep you updated. Weather delays do not count against production SLAs.

Treat it as urgent. Contact us immediately. We’ll dispatch the next available crew and prioritize same-day or next-day stabilization/removal based on location and lift access. If life-safety is at risk, call local authorities first.

Yes—where facilities exist, we sort materials for recycling (e.g., papers, corrugated plastics, some aluminum and PVC alternatives). We can provide a disposal/recycling summary upon request.

Print-ready PDF (fonts outlined), vector art when possible, or 300 DPI CMYK at final size. Include 0.125" bleed and keep key text/logos 0.125" inside the trim/safe area.

You’ll receive automated notifications for order confirmation, production start, and shipment tracking. Your project manager is available during business hours for any changes.

Often, yes—depends on substrate and surface. We’ll assess reuse feasibility and provide a quick quote for strike, storage, and reinstall.
