Install location: venue name, full address, room/area/floor, load-in path
On-site contact: name, mobile, email
Access notes: dock/elevator reservations, security/badges, after-hours/quiet hours
Surface & placement: wall/window/fence/structure, material (painted drywall, glass, brick, etc.), finished graphic size, top height from floor
Mounting method requested: grommets/zip ties, adhesive vinyl, frame/track, other
